You will be asked to complete a information sheet, as well as dental and medical history questionnaires which we will use in providing you the most appropriate dental procedures in regard to your overall health. While held in strictest confidence,
any medications or allergies are especially important so that we might ensure the safest dental care.

Examination and Evaluation
During the examination you will receive a comprehensive exam of your teeth and the soft tissues of the mouth. We will also include an oral cancer screening and an evaluation of the TMJ. Using current digital technology we take the necessary x-rays for making an accurate dental diagnosis. (Digital x-rays require less radiation than traditional techniques.) When the exam is complete we discuss the available options for your treatment.
Financial Considerations
Once a decision is made about the appropriate treatment, we will make the necessary financial arrangements for the treatment fees. Of course, we accept cash and we offer a 5% discount when the complete treatment plan is paid in full prior to beginning the treatment.
Otherwise, we require payment by check or credit card at the time of treatment. With approval, you may also make monthly payments using a dental charge card. Please feel free to ask questions about these options since we want to make this aspect of your treatment as comfortable as possible.
Your Appointment Time
Every dental appointment is important to us, and your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you. We make every effort to be on time for you, and we appreciate the same courtesy to us. If you must reschedule your appointment please notify us at least 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled time. This gives us adequate time to give that appointment to someone else.
Emergency Care
We recognize that dental emergencies happen! In case of an emergency, please call as soon as possible so we can help determine the most appropriate way to meet your needs. We will do our best to relieve your pain and prepare you for any additional procedures.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your first visit with us, please don't hesitate to call!
